From 14th to 17th September 2017, the amazing festival of artisanal chocolate is going to take place. The event is also called ChocoMalcesine since it happens in a very popular square of Malcesine. The festival is organized by the Malcesine city in collaboration with the Chocomoments, a chocolate factory specialized in artisanal tablets, creams and liquors.

Malcesine is well known for its beautiful nature composed of many beaches and the impressive Monte Baldo, as well as for medieval buildings, like the Scaliger Castle and the XV century Captain's Palace. Just take your time to visit these unique places because the view is worthy and you will create memories that no other town can give you.

Besides all of that, on this September, you will be able to walk on with your family and friends through the typical cobbled streets and taste the delicious chocolate made by Chocomoments.

But, what does this chocolate festival will bring to you? Many happy moments! The first thing you can do is to attend the cooking show and taste different flavours of handmade chocolate.

Next, you can attend the lessons given by experienced chocolate masters, who will teach you how to work with cocoa. In a 2-hour course, you will learn how to easily cook beautiful and delicious chocolate. And also, you will get some very useful tips like how to properly melt chocolate and how to shape and decorate your chocolates. By the way, you don't need to have any previous knowledge about cooking since the lessons are designed for newbies. So go for it!

What about your kids? They can have it all! The ChocoMalcesine will have cooking laboratories for children. Your kids will be able to play games, learn the history of the chocolate and how to manipulate cocoa and other related ingredients. They will have the opportunity to create custom chocolates and take what they cooked to home. And you can rest assured about safety and a clean environment because the kids will wear aprons and caps while having fun. And, of course, the children will have the assistance of a chocolate master the whole time.
